Heelp cant go to the gym

Im visiting my mum for 2 weeks should i just spam pushups, pullups and dips? any other good stuff you can do at home without equipment?
 
Yeah just mainly do calisthenics for those 2 weeks and you'll be alright. And if there's a park nearby that's even better since parks have workout stations.

You should be fine 2 weeks without gym since it can actually help ur muscles rest and recover if you've been training hard. But doing those is fine too to keep the tension going

Atrophy occurs after like 2 days and intensifies after a week. You want to keep atleast a little stimulus in your life if youre doing extended periods without working out

i agree thats what i waas thinking too. also on 700 test and 6 gh so probably still gonna make gains hopefully
