There are three factual axioms to this theory.
  1. ⬆️ High HGH levels increases blood sugar levels. That's why a minority of people here get diabetic-like effects while on MK-677.
  2. 🔽 IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor 1) is insulin-like. Insulin lowers blood sugar levels. IGF-1 also lowers blood sugar levels.
  3. 🥩 Protein gets converted into amino acids. Amino acids are the body's construction materials. Those amino acids are then used as legos to build IGF-1.

If someone takes substances to increase HGH (like MK-677) and subsequently doesn't consume enough protein, their body won't be able to produce enough IGF-1.

This is catastrophic since not only are they spending money and not growing much taller (remember, IGF-1 makes you taller, not HGH), but their blood sugar levels rises, possibly into pre-diabetic and diabetic levels. An ample and continuous production of IGF-1 would have kept it down at safer levels but since the individual isn't on a high-protein diet (120g+), they ultimately are paying to damage their body and not get the desired result.

Make sure you're consuming a lot of protein. The higher your HGH levels are, the higher your protein intake has to be.
If your HGH to Protein ratios are off, where HGH is much higher than protein intake, you could be putting yourself on the path of getting lackluster results, but also getting diabetic symptoms.

Obviously, the diabetic symptoms won't be permanent. After the thing wares off, you'll be fine.
But please be wary of this!

How much berberine should I take on mk

Better question might be, how much protein.
Both IGF-1 and berberine decrease blood sugar but IGF-1 is better for very obvious reasons.

40% protein
40% carbs
20% fat??????

I mean in grams of protein per day.
Higher intake of protein increases IGF-1.
IGF-1 lowers blood sugar.

Interesting theory, but I don't believe that in the context you set up, an imbalance would lead to a condition like diabetes. MK677 is basically the oral form of GHRP-6 or are hunger hormone (Ghrelin), the most common understanding why people can get diabetes while taking MK677 is because their HGH and IGF-1 levels are elevated for 24 hours straight, and they are constantly hungry, leading to a high carbohydrate diet (as people, when they are hungry, tend to eat anything in sight). While the higher amounts of protein will help with satiation, regardless if they ate that protein or not, if their body is susceptible to diabetes and they are eating a high-carb diet on MK677, they have a very high chance of potentially contracting a metabolic disorder.

This study, "Could Overt Diabetes Be Triggered by Abuse of Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators and Growth Hormone Secretagogues?" actually analyzes how something like diabetes could be triggered be possible triggered by MK677 and they came away with the fact that a person first needs to have a history of diabetes and that the rising glucose levels (hyperglycemia) led to severely insulin resistance and highly altered insulin secretion, causing onset diabetes, that later went away, once he began taking metroformin for a month.

Oh no no no, they EASILY can be permanent. Elevated blood sugar can fuck you up, and do it QUICKLY. Nerve damage, blood vessel damage. A broken dick, horrible eyesight, chronic fatigue, and other problems for LIFE. People on high doses of corticosteroids that have high blood sugar get FUCKED for life. And it doesn't even take that long to destroy you. NEVER take diabetic symptoms lightly.

This is why it might be necessary to tell people to start taking insulin along with HGH if they're doing high doses. Yes they could kill themselves with insulin but high blood sugar can cripple you and rape your body in a million different ways you'll never recover from.

One could take Vanadium with HGH.
I'll consider doing that.
It can also increase IGF-1 hahahaha
