I cannot sleep properly for past 6 months, max 3-5 hours daily. My sleep its so light that i feel like i woke up to my own fucking heart beat sometimes 
I also have issues with going into sleep, it takes atleast 30 mins.
How can i fix this? Ive never took supplements for it, would melatonin or sum shit like that would help?
(15 y/o, still in pub, im scared that my body will not produce enough hgh and i will be stuck as a manlet)
