I cannot sleep properly for past 6 months, max 3-5 hours daily. My sleep its so light that i feel like i woke up to my own fucking heart beat sometimes :hnghn:
I also have issues with going into sleep, it takes atleast 30 mins.

How can i fix this? Ive never took supplements for it, would melatonin or sum shit like that would help?
(15 y/o, still in pub, im scared that my body will not produce enough hgh and i will be stuck as a manlet)

had the same shit happen to me last year
worst 8 months of my life
i was getting 3h of sleep a week cause of my sleep anexiety
it stopped after i took melatonin + properly laughed/socialised with friends and ate a shit tone of food before bed and after i lowered my inhibiton
judging by the fact...

Fix your circadian rhythm before taking melatonin bro

Take some magnesium glycinate 1 hour before bed, it helps with sleep, i take 300 MG right now but I think I might do a bit more in the future. Tell me what you do most of the time before going to bed.

bro when u wake up make sure to get morning sunlight make sure to walk atleast 2k steps within a day make sure u are not starvemaxxing reduce blue light 30 mins before going to sleep and don't eat within 3hours before bed

Use ear plugs, I use wax ones because I hate the plastic ones. Also take naps during the day if you feel like it to catch up a bit, just try to sleepmax hours around the clock for max health and growth. Also you can take some supplements like magnesium. Had the same issues in your age but part of it would have been alleviated if I just knew about ear plugs for ex lol... also try to reduce stressors, working out during the day and exhausting your brain with disgusting schoolwork can also help fatigue you before bed. Think less about shit like what people think about you too in school and looksmaxx for better confidence. If you go to a doctor probably you can at least be prescribed antihistamines for sleep, some find those very helpful. Probably too young for z-drugs or sleep benzos but if you complain enough you can maybe get those too. I always have zopiclone at hand and just knowing I have sleeping pills at hand whenever I need helps me fall asleep.

Go to bed at the same times each day, and wake up at the same times each day as a non-negotiable

Even if you got shit sleep, you have to basically soldier the first shitty 2-3 weeks, then it will sort itself out

bro don’t do what this guy did low melatonin dose + magnesium is very good before sleep but eating before bed is horrible ur gh production drops massively u wont grow much at all

sleep is the most important thing for you looks/wellbeing
i honestly dont about the side effects thats how much i value sleep

Don't fall for the no pillow propaganda, yeah your neck will be a TAD strained, but its not worth losing sleep over tossing and turning because you dont have a fucking pillow:lul::lul::lul:

2 hours before bed - magnesium glycinate
Dark room, pitch black
No doomscrolling or phone an hour before bed
No food 3 hours before bed
Watch the sunset (ideal for circadian rhythm)
Watch the sunrise (ideal for circadian rhythm)
Go to sleep and wake up at the same exact time every day and night
Sleep on your back, distributes weight evenly.
If you can't sleep on back due to various reasons (mine i get nightmares when i do it i dont know why always been like that since a kid) , who gives a fuck just sleep however you want but beware you WILL be bloated in the morning.

THE MOST IMPORTANT...
Make sure you're fucking tired :hnghn: good LUCK trying to get optimal sleep, while thinking about it and not being tired at all. Go on that run, go to the gym and don't ldar... good luck.

Working out at home is NOT optimal, stop doing this..
You are restricting yourself from viewing other peoples physiques and techniques... So you're "blinding" yourself and making yourself a ND tard alone in his basement.. go make that gym buddy, go copy that huge guys form..

Anyway, this is what I do.. and it works for ME.

Wake up, stare at the sun and chill for 5-10
4 glasses of water after waking up, drink these 4 glasses from the time you get up til you get out of the shower, (always shower in morning with contrast temperature)
Out of shower chill, eat some carbs, eggs, coconut water/electrolyte water
Take preworkout, chill out for a lil outside go for a walk while drinking pre.
Bring banana and eat otw to gym.
Rest of the day is yours, just make sure you shower after and hit macros after gym (45 mins to an hour after is optimal for post workout food consumption)

Thank you :love: My mother wouldnt let me go to gym cause she was thinking gym=short height:hnghn: I convinced her and i will be starting at the end of the June. I have sum knowladge about working out, mostly thanks to org and jacob oestreicher

Wtf is your foid mother talking about :lul::lul::lul: working out in early developmental years is prob THE best thing you could do.. good luck boi. :p
