I have a nerd neck, slight hunchback, severe anterior pelvic tilt, and slight scoliosis. I will be 3 inches taller if I fix this (seriously). I am just confused on what exercises to do because everyone I ask tells me to do something different. Should I just go to a chiro?

been trying to fix it for 3 years

dm pictures of your face. Most likely that you have a forward head posture because you have a downgrown maxilla. if that's the case it's impossible to fix it with physiotherapy.

One way to start is to put your sneakers in the trashbin and start feet exercises. Buy barefoot shoes (those with next to no sole) and research the whole topic. The muscles in many peoples feet are degenerated because of too much heel support from modern sneakers. Regaining a natural arch stabilizes your feet and will help to regain natural hip posture while walking.
