Alright so I have been using this zinc spray and it contain lots of zinc and it says it works by reducing the activity of 5α-reductase, a key enzyme in sebum production, by 67% but isn't that also gonna make me not product DHT which is needed for bone development (at least type 2 or smth) its lowkey the only thing that worked for my acne but im not tryna be short and boneless so could y'all tell me if I should stop or if its fine before I go insane :hnghn:https://novexpert.es/products/bruma-purificante-con-zinc-150ml (this is the link to the spray btw)

Yes, yes and yes. Zinc will make you transition at higher doses.

The results show that when zinc is added at low concentrations the 5 alpha-reduction of testosterone is increased but at higher cation concentrations the metabolism is significantly inhibited.

Especially the topical version will do that. JFL at inhibiting DHT. This is what the ideal human looks like, 40% bf and bald.
