Interesting because Whey Protein is the best protein for guys out there.

In a way, yes.

Hgh will increase collagen in your skin, help tissue repair: etc

Which will make you appear younger and feel younger.

But it will also age you under the surface.

Once youre old you arent supposed to have good skin and bones and whatnot. Because the body cant keep that up so it sacrifices tissue making you look older. So when you start doing GH when youre older youre overloading the body in a sense, which does age you faster and it shortens your lifespan.

Its like trimming an old half broken car to go 100mph. Yeah, it may function well and as if its new. But it will only break down faster in the long run.

Unless you are taking in a lot of processed carbs I don't buy this crap at all. Unless you are just eating a whole lot of it it is the best type of diet with enough vegetables. I think Vegan interests push this mess along with claiming meat causes cancer when its really the trash processed carbs that up your chances.

I don't have to point out that your body is made up of muscle, so you need a lot of protein to maintain that. Eating food of any kind ages you, water is wet, it's not fucking rocket science. However, you can minimize your food intake to only what you truly need. So about 2,000-2,200 calories for the average male with adequate protein levels.

You need protein for your hormones to function and develop. Most of you assholes skipped school and haven't learned shit about basic human biology.

Mtor activation is helpful and necessary. Mtor being activated, half of the time is good.

Think of Mtor as anabolic.
And Ampk as catabolic.

Activating both of these pathways intermittently is ideal.

Also ingesting enough protein (.7-1g per LB of BW) is good for muscle mass. And muscle mass is directly youthful and anti aging.

OP is dumb and dosent understand why protein could be reduce lifespan.

Over activation of MTOR is bad, which can be off put by fasting.

Carbs intake to much, are bad for aging. And protein much intake are bad also for aging, but less bad than carbs.

Humans were not meant to be gigantic hulking slabs of muscle - the hyper-caloric, hyper-proteic diet sustained long-term by some bodybuilders is obviously not what evolution meant for us, we are endurance predators.
