Couldnt find a thread about this, i was looking into it and wart remover patches OTC are 40% hydrocolloid wheras normal “pimple patches” are 1-2% basically goyslop medicine, just use wart patches for ur acne it makes them disappear in under two days i had some nose pimples i popped that would’ve normally plagued me for a month and they’re completely gone in two nights.
