I've recently been dieting started on the 5th of July almost one month ago to decrease my BF.

These were the stats recorded by the scale.
July 5th
  • Body weight: 63.4kg
  • BF: 20.8%
  • Muscle Mass: 75.1%
Today (August 2nd)
  • Body weight: 59.9kg
  • BF: 14.5%
  • Muscle Mass: 81.2%
Something important to consider with the muscle gain is I have been taking HGH so that has probably caused that even with such a high deficit.

For anyone interested ill link my diet, it's 1200kcals so it's quite extreme.

How accurate do you think these stats are?

Add like 2% of bodyfat to your tests and you get something somewhat accurate

They’re useless imo

Just judge using your own eye

It can but I was mainly stating it due to the fact I gained quite an increase in muscle mass, while eating at a 800kcal deficit.

Not very accurate, but you can do some things before you take the tests to get a better results, do it after a 12 hours of fasting, do it before you're training, take your waterintake into account if there's a drastic increase and so forth,. If you do all that it should be +-2% (mostly it shows lower bf% than you really are depending on scale)

It also does not take into account distribution, then again this matters little at low bf%. It simply gives you a relatively accurate raw number but is not as good as getting a dexa scan.
