How big of a calorie deficit is to much?

Want to lose bodyfat as fast as possible, I have a maintenance around 2700 would it be stupid to eat around 600 calories a day? Would it make me lose muscle to fast?

i think in the range of 500 to 1000 calorie deficit would be acceptable

just continue to train and get optimal protein so u dont suffer any muscle loss

yes it would be stupid

your body would go into survival mode real quick and you’d lose a lot of fat, and muscle

@Antipsychotics @chadisbeingmade currently im on a 500kcal deficit, my maintanance is 2500-2600, its been a month since i started working out and im building muscle quickly, how much should i increase my deficit to decrease my bf% faster? im around 20 aiming 10-12 but dont want to look like a twink with literally no muscle

max you can do is 750 cal deficit but nake sure to hit pritein and shieeyt
