the reason why its hard is because u feel like talking to women is like some fucking boss fight or something, look up exposure therapy. Start small by doing some eye contact practice, search it up on yutub. And then try striking up a conversation with people, like a friend or a cashier. Then just build up, your gonna have to desensitize your brain from anxiety first before trying to be smoooth

I've thought about this and honestly the best possible solution I could come up with it:

When you are 18 take a gap year and move to a random city, large enough to where you wouldn't likely run into the same people twice. Get your little income and apartment set up, and then go out in public and start talking to whoever you're drawn to, saying the first thing off the top of your mind. Let your inner conscience just flow, with little to no regard for actual success. Because you're that young most blunders will be excused anyway (being socially misfit retard WONT be in just a few years so get on it young anons...). You also dont have to be honest about your real name or address or anything. You can completely blow up your reputation in that city for the purpose of learning and ironing out your quirks and objectives. You'll also get a much better understanding of where your base actually sits on the social/looks hierarchy, that you couldn't get in the vindictive, competitive, closed off environment of highschool where you never truly know what people's motives are in ignoring or telling you you're "ugly" etc. Anyway, now with this new data, you move back home, or wherever you're going to college, and you can approach girls with much more intention and clarity about what to say and what you want out of the interaction. Call it 'training grounds theory' or wtv
