the reason why its hard is because u feel like talking to women is like some fucking boss fight or something, look up exposure therapy. Start small by doing some eye contact practice, search it up on yutub. And then try striking up a conversation with people, like a friend or a cashier. Then just build up, your gonna have to desensitize your brain from anxiety first before trying to be smoooth
