check the ingredients for soup and the breaded chicken, but imo its 100x better to do it at home, just get fish/chicken from a reputable butcher and bread it at home using your own ingredients as for soup just make it at home so its not filled with 1000 shitty ingredients

IMO i wouldnt even look anywhere near bagels, they sound like goyslop
