theres a forum with a guide on how to cut your corners of the lips with an micro blade, its simple and easy. Max is 1-2mm tho since it will heal, the rest will probably scar so be careful

Doing this DIY is retarded and the result will probably look ridiculous. If lip width is genuinely an issue and you can´t expand your palate you could consider a lateral commissuroplasty, but even the results of that surgery look weird asf
