Nah cuz actually I think I got 25 percent body fat I’m 14 weigh 74kgs and 170cm. How do I lose fat without fucking my development?

Calorie deficit is the only way. Basic thermodynamics innit. Not a rocket scientist but if eat less than maintenance, you will lose it and vis versa 🤙
 
Okay so my meals mostly look like this, 50 percent carbs, 30 percent protein and the rest is just veggies with a bit of lemon. Carbs meaning rice
jfl just drink blood and eat raw meat quit eating that grain sludge and veggies
 
Counting calories is bs, not accurate
counting calories is NOT bs, if you do it right and don't eat random snacks which you don't count during the day it's accurate
