Probably lots of blowdryer + some sea salt spray. I doubt he is using any kind of cream or clay with that much volume.

I highly doubt his hair look like that for more than an hour a day.

get out of the shower with wet hair, use a comb to part it into a middle part, blowdry. Tbh it doesn't look like he has any product in at all. Maybe try using oil/sea salt spray to give volume like he has
