I go gym and try to eat balanced meals while avoiding all processed sugar and processed food. The last thing I need is to be able to track my calories but it's insanely hard for me. There's no way I'm searching up "how many calories is in [food I'm eating]" a million times a day and it's not even 100% accurate. I also heard a calorie deficit in your teens can stunt growth which is also a problem. Any easier way for me to track my calories more efficiently and avoid stunting my growth?
