How do i track calories while leanmaxxing

I go gym and try to eat balanced meals while avoiding all processed sugar and processed food. The last thing I need is to be able to track my calories but it's insanely hard for me. There's no way I'm searching up "how many calories is in [food I'm eating]" a million times a day and it's not even 100% accurate. I also heard a calorie deficit in your teens can stunt growth which is also a problem. Any easier way for me to track my calories more efficiently and avoid stunting my growth?

Use a macro counting app like MyFitnessPal where you can scan the barcode of all your foods and ingredients and it'll track all your macros for you. For food from restaurants I know there's apps where you can take a picture of the food and it gives a reasonable guess as to how many calories there are, I've never tried it though.

Just don’t eat fruit and veg.

At least don’t eat the veg, they are an abomination.

Look at my guide if you want to eat fresh fruits without having to eat toxics that are sorayes in your fruits

JFL at your IQ. You weigh it out. If you’re eating a banana, you take the peel off and weigh the banana on a scale, and track it by grams. Btw Cronometer mogs myfitnesspal

Completely cut out carbs. Eat 1 time a day. That’s all you need to lose fat, stop counting your calories; it’s essentially just self harm.

download an app like myfitnesspal, when you eat, weight the food and then search it in the app. You can also scan the bar code of the product your eating
