PREFACE:
Don't have a picture up with like 0 likes, and don't post until you have like 1000 followers, because the more likes you receive on your post, the higher your status is perceived. Also, this guide is only really accessable to the normies+ unless you're a truecel and can fraud to an acceptable looking looks standard

SO, the protocol is as follows:

1) Go through your friend's pictures, look at the comments / follower list
2) Click on a commenter/follower's profile
3) If you have mutual friends with them, e.g Followed by john.appleseed, xefo69isamogger, +27 more
4) Send them a follow request
5) After a while your follower:following ratio will look a bit rough, so download an app which shows who you are following but is not following you back
6) Go through the list and unfollow everyone who doesn't follow you back
7) After a few weeks has passed of you grinding followers for maybe 15minutes a day you should have amassed a solid following, (1000 maybe)

So that is the setup, now once you have a solid following:

1) Take that frauded fucking mogger pic, (not some aspie shit) a good NT pic.
2) tag some brocels
3) get some comments and get those fuken likes, if you're not achieving enough likes comparable to instagram slayers in your town, you could download a like farm app from the app store, but don't go overboard, I'd say maximum 20 frauded likes, or else it is too obvious if someone checks who has liked your pic
4) From there, provided you have a mogger pic, the bitches will now flock to you in the DMs, and you can also DM bitches you like the look of, talk to them like a NT person and then arrange to meet up​

What you need

Very simple stuff:

• Internet connection
• PC
• nFollowers extension on your browser (make sure you don't use a mobile app that automatically follows/unfollows accounts, there is a high chance of your account getting banned if you do this)

Creating your account

If you don't have an Instagram account yet, just got to their website or download their mobile app on your phone and create one.
There are 3 things that you need to complete when you create your Instagram profile, you can also check if everything is in order if you already have an account:

1) Unique username

You username should be short, easy to pronounce/write and to remember.
If your IRL name is John Doe, your username could be one of those:

• john.doe
• johndoe
• john_doe
• j.doe

Keep it simple, try not to use numbers and use as few special characters as possible.

2) Name

Unlike your username, your displayed name doesn't need to be unique.
Same as before, keep it simple and just put your actual name.

3) Profile picture

It needs to be a picture of you. Nothing complicated, just not something that screams "aspie".
Obviously don't use a retarded avatar like an anime character, the logo of your sports team or your favorite male model.

4) Bio

Keep it short, just write the name of the city you live in, where you study/work, an emoji of the team sports you're playing if you do play sports and your nationality if it's something exotic, eventually your age if you're younger than 25. Example: "London, LBS, 22yo "

The method

Goal

The important milestones you need to reach and maintain are:

• A followers/following ratio equal to or above 1 (very important)
• 1k followers (status halo)
• 100+ likes per post

A good goal would be to have something like 1100 followers and 900 following. You would get the "status halo" provided by having a 4-digit follower count and the fact that you have a good ratio is highlighted by your 3-digit following count.

Ideally you would want to wait until you reach 500 followers to post your first pic, this will make it easier to reach the desired 100+ likes per post. This is also the point where people will consider that you have a "normal/NT" follower count.

The process (most important)

First, you need to get the ball rolling with a few dozen followers. Follow people that you personally know (friends, family, colleagues). Once that is done, you'll be able to start the process that you'll repeat everyday (won't take you more than 30 minutes a day):

• Check your nFollowers and unfollow accounts that don't follow you back (copy/paste the usernames into Instagram)
• Like new posts from your following (having a good engagement towards your following will make them more likely to like your pics)
• Check you recent followers and go to their profile, start following people who follow them and have a followers/following ratio around 1 (ideally lower but not too low), focus on people who are around the same age as you and live in the same country. Avoid accounts who have a followers/following ratio too much in their favour because they probably won't follow you back. Also avoid people with a low followers count (below 200), they probably only follow people they know personally. Instagram is gonna block you from following more accounts after 50 new follows, you can stop there or wait a few hours and do it again (I suggest not overdoing it, once or twice a day is good enough)
• Repeat everyday

You'll probably gain around 5-10 new followers everyday doing this. This will go up once you post your first picture.

Once in a while you'll need to "purge" your following to take your followers/following ratio slightly above 1. Unfollow people with shitty usernames, no profile pics, very low followers/following ratio, low engagement towards your posts, etc.

Posting

Post a nice picture of you with a good photo quality, try to avoid selfies. Ideally a picture of you doing stuff outside, at a social event or around people (make sure that nobody mogs you on the pic).

It is best to post in the late afternoon/early evening to get as much engagement as possible. This is when people are coming back from work/school and check their social media in the bus/metro or when they get home.

Studies also found that carousel posts (posts with multiple pictures) get the best engagement rate, so if you have multiple nice pictures post them all in one post. Using the location can also yield more engagement. I suggest avoiding hashtags because they're not that effective and you'll look like a tryhard if you use them.

Tag your bros and/or people who were there when the picture was taken, this will get you additional likes and potentially comments. People check stories more than they check posts so make sure you share your post in a story.

Other important stuff

• Post stories when you do cool stuff (travelling, going to a sports game, eating at fancy restaurant) and post it in the highlights section
• Make your profile private, this will do two things: make people more likely to follow you back because they're curious and make sure that people who follow you won't unfollow if you take too long to follow them back because you need to accept their follow request first
• People can easily notice when someone is buying followers: they have a weird followers/following ratio when you consider their looks level, likes/followers ratio is very low (they usually buy followers but not likes) and the fake accounts are easily noticeable (weird names, low follower count, all accounts look the same)

How to grow: (this will take 5-10 mins of you day but stay consistent every day)

1. Have 3+ instagram photos.
2. Put your account on private mode. [important] (So they follow you to see what you look like)
3. Follow 200 girls per day (100 morning, 100 night) consistently every day.
4. Find girls from your area, follow all the girls they are following(usually same area as you)
5. Dont do more than 200 otherwise you'll get shadowbanned. Trust me I've tried it many times.
6. You'll get 30-70 followers back per day depending on your profile.
7. Split test your name/bio/profile pic(main one)
8. When your following/followers ratio starts to look a bit embarrassing, unfollow 100 per day until back to normal and repeat.
9. Will probably take you about 6 months to reach 10k but worth it.
10. Also the more followers you have, the more follows back you'll get.

When you have loads of girls following you on instagram its almost like a marketing funnel. Except you are marketing yourself. If you have a shit product, its not going to work regardless. But if you have a decent product, you can nurture your customers for months and years to get them to want to try you.
You can convice these girls you have a nice life, funny, are cool, good looking, even if you aren't.

What to post on your feed:

• Pictures of you
• Pics of you with friends
• Selfies
• Pics of you doing sports
• Physique pics
• Dont post nerd shit. Be yourself but show an enhanced cool version of yourself.

What to post on your story:

• Music you like(not nerd shit)(I heard some blackpill rap recently :/ )
• Memes you found funny
• Your life e.g
• Work
• Any sports you do
• When your with friends
• Pictures of you
• Anything that increases your status

How to DM girls:

• When I am following girls, I'll accept them all at once on the evening once per day. When I accept lets say 70 requests. I'll 1 picture of each girl. Girls who like you back will like your pic. This is your chance to DM them. You could get 5-20 likes back. This also is good because theyre sending you a choosing signal sort of. Girls who dont like you wont like your picture back. This helps prevent rejection but you still get good numbers.
• Set yourself a simple goal like DM 5 girls per day for a few months. Doesnt sound like a lot but just stay consistent with it and try not to get a girlfriend. Unless ur subhuman obviously
• I also usually like DMing girls with less than 500 followers because you have leverage on them and they know your higher status than them on insta and they usually like that.
• You can also DM girls randomly. Would only do it if they just posted a feed or story photo though. Dont give them a compliment. Dont validate, just initiate normal conversation.

How to progress with girls from DMs:
Ask normal human questions but throw in jokes and make observations about her from her instagram profile
Some example questions are:
Hi how are you
How old are you
Where are you from
What do you do for work
Whats your type etc..

• This tip is a cliche red pill tip. Dont validate her ever. Honestly any time I've validated a girl I can immediately tell she goes off for some reason. Just dont compliment her and she'll go crazy for you if your vibing
• Dont try to sell yourself too hard but feel free to tell her about yourself. Dont seek validation. Get to know her, make her laugh if possible and take the piss out of her.
• Dont waste your time with girls who give you 1 word answers, take the hint, unfollow them and move onto the next girl. Have an abundance mindset
• After speaking for a night or 2, I usually like to ask to call or facetime them. This makes it more real for them. A lot of boys are DMing them but not many are calling. She'll have more of a personal feel with you. She'll probably like the confidence that you asked to call.
• Maybe make it a regular thing and after a 1-3 calls, ask to meet to go get food or something. If she resists, try a few more times because she might not want to seem too easy. But if she continues to resist just stop messaging and move onto the next.

Dont be offended if many girls give you shit replies or ignore you. Some girls I've met have showed me their phone and they have 100+ DMs of boys per month even if they are average. They get a massively inflated sense of self worth from this but its fine. Just avoid these girls. This is why I go for girls with less followers.

Last tip. If literally no one wants to speak to you after many DM's. It's a sign. These people arent nasty or anything. You are the problem. Just build ur insta and continue improving yourself and you'll have more confidence and luck in the future.

Step 1: be facially a HTN+ (at least) or a MTN with height halo

Step 2: have a decent following on Instagram but not TOO much: the secret here is that you want to seem approachable to girls, but not invisible - falling in between that sweet spot is ideal. Do not buy followers (it ruins your range when posting) - ill teach you a method later on, focusing on how to get a good amount of followers without needing to buy any. Your starting goal here is to have at least 500ish, and approach girls with 3-4x MAX your following and 0.5x MIN. Do not approach girls with a ratio much higher than yours (let's say you have 1k and approach someone with 15k) - your chances of being bluntly ignored are extremely high. In this case, focus on profiles ranging from 500 up to 4000. If you're that desperate you can go lower than 0.5x, but don't make it obvious during the hunting stage (will elaborate on this stage later on) since that's a one way to being ghosted.

Step 3: have a varied selection of photos: in your profile, you MUST showcase high-quality, edited NT pictures of yourself doing various normie activities - if that's your niche (will expand). You can tailor this to perfection in 2 possible ways:

method number 1: focusing on fixed stories
method number 2: focusing on posts

Method 1 - By focusing on fixed stories, you will create a carrousel of 5 up to 10 pictures of yourself doing a variety of normie activities displayed in no specific order, besides your first picture - the first impression is which lasts, thus your first fixed story must be the most narcy and good looking of them all. The other pictures must be diverse and include you doing other things rather than trying to prove how good looking you are. Besides your fixed stories, you may have 1 up to 3 posts. The secret to making high-quality posts is that all of them must fit a theme - unlike your stories. Let's look at an example of what the perfect profile would look like based on this

Fixed story number:
1 - mirror selfie of yourself in a stylish outfit, sea salt sprayed semi-wet hair, with the sunlight coming in from a window highlighting your face and skin, dimly lit room with a painting in the background, organized ambiance - choose your favorite picture of yourself, you must be the main focus in the shot
2 - picture of yourself clubbing in a disco with various colored lights in the background, wearing a tight fit shirt showcasing your physique (the goal here is to highlight that you're in good shape and workout without actually taking a shirtless picture, which is not a plus unless your niche is gym girls)
3 - photo of yourself and your dog doing an outside activity, perhaps a road trip (women love animals, especially dogs)
4 - photo of yourself in a music show showcasing the background stage with smoke and lights
5 - photo of yourself visiting a famous international tourist point, let's say under the eiffel tower while it lightens the night sky
6 - artsy shot of the dusk or sunrise sky, interesting cloud pattern with good lighting (women like nature and sky shots)

Always place photos that don't have you in frame as last

Perceive how every photo in this list of fixed stories doesn't fit an exact theme nor follow an exact sequence. There's no issue in that for stories, but for your posts, all of them must fit into a specific theme. In this example, a good carrousel of posts would be picture 1, 4 and 6 in this sequence; 1 - pic of yourself in the outfit before going out to the show, 4 - pic of yourself with the same outfit during the show and 6 - artsy picture of the sky after the show has ended.

Method 2 - By focusing on posts, you will create 2 up to 5 different photo dumps mainly focused on themes as I explained beforehand - each photo dump must not contain more than 5 pictures each. The first picture must have you in frame as the primary focus looking the best as possible - the other pictures can be of yourself in background and the last one can be a closing and less important shot, such as a landscape. It is not necessary to create a caption but if you feel like it and most importantly if fits the theme, go for it. Only turn comments on if you're sure you can get +100 comments on each post and if you do, like all of them - but only respond to a few.

Remember when I talked about doing various NT normie activities in your pictures? Well, that's when nichemaxxing comes in. if your desired niche is normie girls, copy and paste the exact content of the pictures I described. If your desired niche is different, tailor your stories and posts to that specific niche. Let's say you're into goth girls, in that case, you'll want to post yourself going to a famous emo/goth band concert, having a picture of yourself playing guitar, using a niched outfit in your pictures, and so on and so forth. You get the gist of it. Apply this to all your content.

Now you may be wondering, how exactly can I take good quality pictures and edit them for this purpose? (remember, editing is a must since every content on social media is frauded and you want to boost your profile as much as possible, fake it till you make it).

Step 4: maintaining an active profile: now that you have a perfect profile with good pictures, it's crucial to maintain it active so that girls following you can engage with your content. The best way to do this is by posting regular 24h stories every weekend - for this purpose, try to go out as much as possible. Your goal here is to only post high-quality engaging stories. Always think thoroughly before posting something - is this post actually worth it and good enough? Let's see an example: instead of posting a shot of a dish you're having at a restaurant, post a picture of yourself on the balcony of a rooftop bar wearing a stylish casual fit, editing the city lights in the background so that they appear more vivid and the shot itself looks more professional. Keep in mind to only post 2 stories per week - scarcity creates value and you're not a woman to be posting dumb random shit all the time - remain a bit mysterious.

Step 5: now that your profile is complete, comes the utter most important part, the hunting stage. this phase can be broken down into 3 main frameworks:
1 getting female followers
2 giving out signals
3 comprehending signals and approaching

All of these 3 frameworks are relatively low inhib so keep that in mind

Framework number 1 - there are 2 main methods for gaining real only female followers in bulk, the chad fish and the mass mutual

Chad fish: private your Instagram account and remove your profile picture for one week. Create an account on tinder and other dating apps of your preference - create a chadfish with a couple of photos - make it believable. Add to your bio "I'm not very active here, catch me on Instagram at @(your at) so we can talk"
Keep your profile picture removed so people can't see your real face until you stack enough following requests of your liking. Accept them one by one at a slow pace so people don't think you've bought followers. After you've gained enough, turn your profile public again, put your usual profile picture back and delete the chadfish account. The great majority of your new female followers won't notice and will keep following and engaging with what you post.

Mass mutual: for this method, you will already need to have a decent following and social group. Pick the niche that you're interested in and search through girls in your followers who fit in. Go to their profile and follow girls that they follow that also fit the niche you're looking for and have a decent enough amount of mutuals for it not to seem strange. Do this in bulk and follow a few hundred girls spaced throughout a few weeks. The more mutuals the higher the chances of being followed back, and if you're not, just unfollow a week later. The more you're nichemaxxed the higher the chances of the girl accepting and following back as well, even if you have no mutuals or few.

Framework number 2 - giving out signals: after you've gathered a large amount of female followers, you will do a similar step to the mass mutual method but specifically driven for liking posts. This move is high risk high reward so do it at an even slower pace. After girls have accepted your request/followed you back, like one of their stories or posts, but only one. Do this very few times per day, and always look at your mutuals before liking. If you like a profile, wait a couple of days or a week before liking a mutual between both. If there are none, your risks are smaller. Never like a story or post of a girl who hasn't followed you back.

Framework number 3 - comprehending signals and approaching: the last step of the hunting stage will be to capitalize upon your results from framework number 1 and 2 - access your notifications and see all the girls that have liked your fixed stories or posts back after you followed them. If she has, it's a clear signal she's interested and finds you attractive. Don't message instantly though - wait a couple hours, not longer than a day but don't seem desperate. Cold approach in her DMs and play cool. She will naturally lay the path for you since it's a mutual interest. Don't mess up by overthinking it.

Remember when I told you to go out as much as possible and post 24h stories twice per week? Whenever you post one, especially if the picture has you in frame, keep a track of all the girls that liked your stories. If you see the same profile liking your stories multiple times and in sequence, you're pretty much free to cold approach her in DMs and your success rate should be extremely high as well.

Important notes

Never post a group photo in which you're mogged. Always post group photos where you're the mogger. Never post group photos that go against the green lines rule nor disrespect yourself the green line rule.

If you're at least 0.75 or 1 PSL higher than the foid you're talking to it's pretty much guaranteed

First, you need to get the ball rolling with a few dozen followers. Follow people that you personally know (friends, family, colleagues). Once that is done, you'll be able to start the process that you'll repeat everyday (won't take you more than 30 minutes a day):

• Check your nFollowers and unfollow accounts that don't follow you back (copy/paste the usernames into Instagram)
• Like new posts from your following (having a good engagement towards your following will make them more likely to like your pics)
• Check you recent followers and go to their profile, start following people who follow them and have a followers/following ratio around 1 (ideally lower but not too low), focus on people who are around the same age as you and live in the same country. Avoid accounts who have a followers/following ratio too much in their favour because they probably won't follow you back. Also avoid people with a low followers count (below 200), they probably only follow people they know personally. Instagram is gonna block you from following more accounts after 50 new follows, you can stop there or wait a few hours and do it again (I suggest not overdoing it, once or twice a day is good enough)
• Repeat everyday

You'll probably gain around 5-10 new followers everyday doing this. This will go up once you post your first picture.

Once in a while you'll need to "purge" your following to take your followers/following ratio slightly above 1. Unfollow people with shitty usernames, no profile pics, very low followers/following ratio, low engagement towards your posts, etc.

Posting

Post a nice picture of you with a good photo quality, try to avoid selfies. Ideally a picture of you doing stuff outside, at a social event or around people (make sure that nobody mogs you on the pic).

It is best to post in the late afternoon/early evening to get as much engagement as possible. This is when people are coming back from work/school and check their social media in the bus/metro or when they get home.

Studies also found that carousel posts (posts with multiple pictures) get the best engagement rate, so if you have multiple nice pictures post them all in one post. Using the location can also yield more engagement. I suggest avoiding hashtags because they're not that effective and you'll look like a tryhard if you use them.

Tag your bros and/or people who were there when the picture was taken, this will get you additional likes and potentially comments. People check stories more than they check posts so make sure you share your post in a story.

Other important stuff

• Post stories when you do cool stuff (travelling, going to a sports game, eating at fancy restaurant) and post it in the highlights section
• Make your profile private, this will do two things: make people more likely to follow you back because they're curious and make sure that people who follow you won't unfollow if you take too long to follow them back because you need to accept their follow request first
• People can easily notice when someone is buying followers: they have a weird followers/following ratio when you consider their looks level, likes/followers ratio is very low (they usually buy followers but not likes) and the fake accounts are easily noticeable (weird names, low follower count, all accounts look the same)

How to grow: (this will take 5-10 mins of you day but stay consistent every day)

1. Have 3+ instagram photos.
2. Put your account on private mode. [important] (So they follow you to see what you look like)
3. Follow 200 girls per day (100 morning, 100 night) consistently every day.
4. Find girls from your area, follow all the girls they are following(usually same area as you)
5. Dont do more than 200 otherwise you'll get shadowbanned. Trust me I've tried it many times.
6. You'll get 30-70 followers back per day depending on your profile.
7. Split test your name/bio/profile pic(main one)
8. When your following/followers ratio starts to look a bit embarrassing, unfollow 100 per day until back to normal and repeat.
9. Will probably take you about 6 months to reach 10k but worth it.
10. Also the more followers you have, the more follows back you'll get.

When you have loads of girls following you on instagram its almost like a marketing funnel. Except you are marketing yourself. If you have a shit product, its not going to work regardless. But if you have a decent product, you can nurture your customers for months and years to get them to want to try you.
You can convice these girls you have a nice life, funny, are cool, good looking, even if you aren't.

What to post on your feed:

• Pictures of you
• Pics of you with friends
• Selfies
• Pics of you doing sports
• Physique pics
• Dont post nerd shit. Be yourself but show an enhanced cool version of yourself.

What to post on your story:

• Music you like(not nerd shit)(I heard some blackpill rap recently :/ )
• Memes you found funny
• Your life e.g
• Work
• Any sports you do
• When your with friends
• Pictures of you
• Anything that increases your status

How to DM girls:

• When I am following girls, I'll accept them all at once on the evening once per day. When I accept lets say 70 requests. I'll 1 picture of each girl. Girls who like you back will like your pic. This is your chance to DM them. You could get 5-20 likes back. This also is good because theyre sending you a choosing signal sort of. Girls who dont like you wont like your picture back. This helps prevent rejection but you still get good numbers.
• Set yourself a simple goal like DM 5 girls per day for a few months. Doesnt sound like a lot but just stay consistent with it and try not to get a girlfriend. Unless ur subhuman obviously
• I also usually like DMing girls with less than 500 followers because you have leverage on them and they know your higher status than them on insta and they usually like that.
• You can also DM girls randomly. Would only do it if they just posted a feed or story photo though. Dont give them a compliment. Dont validate, just initiate normal conversation.

How to progress with girls from DMs:
Ask normal human questions but throw in jokes and make observations about her from her instagram profile
Some example questions are:
Hi how are you
How old are you
Where are you from
What do you do for work
Whats your type etc..

• This tip is a cliche red pill tip. Dont validate her ever. Honestly any time I've validated a girl I can immediately tell she goes off for some reason. Just dont compliment her and she'll go crazy for you if your vibing
• Dont try to sell yourself too hard but feel free to tell her about yourself. Dont seek validation. Get to know her, make her laugh if possible and take the piss out of her.
• Dont waste your time with girls who give you 1 word answers, take the hint, unfollow them and move onto the next girl. Have an abundance mindset
• After speaking for a night or 2, I usually like to ask to call or facetime them. This makes it more real for them. A lot of boys are DMing them but not many are calling. She'll have more of a personal feel with you. She'll probably like the confidence that you asked to call.
• Maybe make it a regular thing and after a 1-3 calls, ask to meet to go get food or something. If she resists, try a few more times because she might not want to seem too easy. But if she continues to resist just stop messaging and move onto the next.

Dont be offended if many girls give you shit replies or ignore you. Some girls I've met have showed me their phone and they have 100+ DMs of boys per month even if they are average. They get a massively inflated sense of self worth from this but its fine. Just avoid these girls. This is why I go for girls with less followers.

Last tip. If literally no one wants to speak to you after many DM's. It's a sign. These people arent nasty or anything. You are the problem. Just build ur insta and continue improving yourself and you'll have more confidence and luck in the future.

Step 1: be facially a HTN+ (at least) or a MTN with height halo

Step 2: have a decent following on Instagram but not TOO much: the secret here is that you want to seem approachable to girls, but not invisible - falling in between that sweet spot is ideal. Do not buy followers (it ruins your range when posting) - ill teach you a method later on, focusing on how to get a good amount of followers without needing to buy any. Your starting goal here is to have at least 500ish, and approach girls with 3-4x MAX your following and 0.5x MIN. Do not approach girls with a ratio much higher than yours (let's say you have 1k and approach someone with 15k) - your chances of being bluntly ignored are extremely high. In this case, focus on profiles ranging from 500 up to 4000. If you're that desperate you can go lower than 0.5x, but don't make it obvious during the hunting stage (will elaborate on this stage later on) since that's a one way to being ghosted.

Step 3: have a varied selection of photos: in your profile, you MUST showcase high-quality, edited NT pictures of yourself doing various normie activities - if that's your niche (will expand). You can tailor this to perfection in 2 possible ways:

method number 1: focusing on fixed stories
method number 2: focusing on posts

Method 1 - By focusing on fixed stories, you will create a carrousel of 5 up to 10 pictures of yourself doing a variety of normie activities displayed in no specific order, besides your first picture - the first impression is which lasts, thus your first fixed story must be the most narcy and good looking of them all. The other pictures must be diverse and include you doing other things rather than trying to prove how good looking you are. Besides your fixed stories, you may have 1 up to 3 posts. The secret to making high-quality posts is that all of them must fit a theme - unlike your stories. Let's look at an example of what the perfect profile would look like based on this

Fixed story number:
1 - mirror selfie of yourself in a stylish outfit, sea salt sprayed semi-wet hair, with the sunlight coming in from a window highlighting your face and skin, dimly lit room with a painting in the background, organized ambiance - choose your favorite picture of yourself, you must be the main focus in the shot
2 - picture of yourself clubbing in a disco with various colored lights in the background, wearing a tight fit shirt showcasing your physique (the goal here is to highlight that you're in good shape and workout without actually taking a shirtless picture, which is not a plus unless your niche is gym girls)
3 - photo of yourself and your dog doing an outside activity, perhaps a road trip (women love animals, especially dogs)
4 - photo of yourself in a music show showcasing the background stage with smoke and lights
5 - photo of yourself visiting a famous international tourist point, let's say under the eiffel tower while it lightens the night sky
6 - artsy shot of the dusk or sunrise sky, interesting cloud pattern with good lighting (women like nature and sky shots)

Always place photos that don't have you in frame as last

Perceive how every photo in this list of fixed stories doesn't fit an exact theme nor follow an exact sequence. There's no issue in that for stories, but for your posts, all of them must fit into a specific theme. In this example, a good carrousel of posts would be picture 1, 4 and 6 in this sequence; 1 - pic of yourself in the outfit before going out to the show, 4 - pic of yourself with the same outfit during the show and 6 - artsy picture of the sky after the show has ended.

Method 2 - By focusing on posts, you will create 2 up to 5 different photo dumps mainly focused on themes as I explained beforehand - each photo dump must not contain more than 5 pictures each. The first picture must have you in frame as the primary focus looking the best as possible - the other pictures can be of yourself in background and the last one can be a closing and less important shot, such as a landscape. It is not necessary to create a caption but if you feel like it and most importantly if fits the theme, go for it. Only turn comments on if you're sure you can get +100 comments on each post and if you do, like all of them - but only respond to a few.

Remember when I talked about doing various NT normie activities in your pictures? Well, that's when nichemaxxing comes in. if your desired niche is normie girls, copy and paste the exact content of the pictures I described. If your desired niche is different, tailor your stories and posts to that specific niche. Let's say you're into goth girls, in that case, you'll want to post yourself going to a famous emo/goth band concert, having a picture of yourself playing guitar, using a niched outfit in your pictures, and so on and so forth. You get the gist of it. Apply this to all your content.

Now you may be wondering, how exactly can I take good quality pictures and edit them for this purpose? (remember, editing is a must since every content on social media is frauded and you want to boost your profile as much as possible, fake it till you make it).

Step 4: maintaining an active profile: now that you have a perfect profile with good pictures, it's crucial to maintain it active so that girls following you can engage with your content. The best way to do this is by posting regular 24h stories every weekend - for this purpose, try to go out as much as possible. Your goal here is to only post high-quality engaging stories. Always think thoroughly before posting something - is this post actually worth it and good enough? Let's see an example: instead of posting a shot of a dish you're having at a restaurant, post a picture of yourself on the balcony of a rooftop bar wearing a stylish casual fit, editing the city lights in the background so that they appear more vivid and the shot itself looks more professional. Keep in mind to only post 2 stories per week - scarcity creates value and you're not a woman to be posting dumb random shit all the time - remain a bit mysterious.

Step 5: now that your profile is complete, comes the utter most important part, the hunting stage. this phase can be broken down into 3 main frameworks:
1 getting female followers
2 giving out signals
3 comprehending signals and approaching

All of these 3 frameworks are relatively low inhib so keep that in mind

Framework number 1 - there are 2 main methods for gaining real only female followers in bulk, the chad fish and the mass mutual

Chad fish: private your Instagram account and remove your profile picture for one week. Create an account on tinder and other dating apps of your preference - create a chadfish with a couple of photos - make it believable. Add to your bio "I'm not very active here, catch me on Instagram at @(your at) so we can talk"
Keep your profile picture removed so people can't see your real face until you stack enough following requests of your liking. Accept them one by one at a slow pace so people don't think you've bought followers. After you've gained enough, turn your profile public again, put your usual profile picture back and delete the chadfish account. The great majority of your new female followers won't notice and will keep following and engaging with what you post.

Mass mutual: for this method, you will already need to have a decent following and social group. Pick the niche that you're interested in and search through girls in your followers who fit in. Go to their profile and follow girls that they follow that also fit the niche you're looking for and have a decent enough amount of mutuals for it not to seem strange. Do this in bulk and follow a few hundred girls spaced throughout a few weeks. The more mutuals the higher the chances of being followed back, and if you're not, just unfollow a week later. The more you're nichemaxxed the higher the chances of the girl accepting and following back as well, even if you have no mutuals or few.

Framework number 2 - giving out signals: after you've gathered a large amount of female followers, you will do a similar step to the mass mutual method but specifically driven for liking posts. This move is high risk high reward so do it at an even slower pace. After girls have accepted your request/followed you back, like one of their stories or posts, but only one. Do this very few times per day, and always look at your mutuals before liking. If you like a profile, wait a couple of days or a week before liking a mutual between both. If there are none, your risks are smaller. Never like a story or post of a girl who hasn't followed you back.

Framework number 3 - comprehending signals and approaching: the last step of the hunting stage will be to capitalize upon your results from framework number 1 and 2 - access your notifications and see all the girls that have liked your fixed stories or posts back after you followed them. If she has, it's a clear signal she's interested and finds you attractive. Don't message instantly though - wait a couple hours, not longer than a day but don't seem desperate. Cold approach in her DMs and play cool. She will naturally lay the path for you since it's a mutual interest. Don't mess up by overthinking it.

Remember when I told you to go out as much as possible and post 24h stories twice per week? Whenever you post one, especially if the picture has you in frame, keep a track of all the girls that liked your stories. If you see the same profile liking your stories multiple times and in sequence, you're pretty much free to cold approach her in DMs and your success rate should be extremely high as well.

Important notes

Never post a group photo in which you're mogged. Always post group photos where you're the mogger. Never post group photos that go against the green lines rule nor disrespect yourself the green line rule.

If you're at least 0.75 or 1 PSL higher than the foid you're talking to it's pretty much guaranteed
