i will explain the black panther movie without the screenplay (it contains a lot of suspense and flashbacks) but i will just put the story in chronological order
what happens is, thousands of years ago,
a vibranium meteor hits wakanda and wakanda people advance themselves to giga futuristic levels of developement while posing as a third world africa shithole.
and one tribe warrior is affected by the metal and he becomes the first black panther with superpowers. and this stuff is passed down by generations
so now basically there are 2 family lines
fast forward to 1992,
this t'chaka dude is the king of wakanda.
n'jobu is his brother working undercover in oakland california
basically n'jobu's intention is to spread this vibranium technology to all the african people of the world and help them conquer their oppressors and be equal to all.
sounds like a decent idea right?
the t'chaka king dude thinks otherwise and kills his own brother (what the actual fuck)
n'jobu's son (killmonger) sees this from his room (which the t'chaka king dude doesnt notice) and vows to take revenge on t'chaka. that's all.
literally that's it. he just wants to avenge his father's death.
and he wants to continue his father's intention of helping the world
after a series of cgi action scenes, it gets to a fight between black panther and killmonger.
at the end black panther kills killmonger.
all he had to do was tell a sorry to his brother to stop this mess.
he doesn't.
and then after killing him, he goes to the UN and opens up the world to Wakanda.
literally exactly what n'jobu and killmonger wanted.
they basically killed the father and son and stole their idea to open the world.
and this crap of a unethical character is celebrated as a superhero
