my growth plates are obviously stilll open but I want to know A how to use this to maximize height growth and B If there is anything I need to know about my condition thanks everyone

MK is cope I used it for 3 months no changes at all, went to an endocrinologist and he said that shit doesn't work for height got prescribed pharma HGH and started gaining height (from 5'11 to 5'11 3/4 after 2 months) so if you wanna heightmaxx HGH or cope

you have to be IGF-1 deficient though otherwise it won't do shit jfl
