Current: 180lbs 6’2. BMR: 1906, metabolic rate post exercise(maintenance cals): 3250 cals.
Macros for 500 cal surplus (3750 cals):
1250 cals:
200g protein
50g fats
Fill out rest of cals with carbs (2500cals)
625g carbs
Base 50%+ of carb intake in the meals 1-2h preworkout and 1-2h postworkout
Diet throughout the rest of the day is moderate carbs, moderate protein
Diet always varies from day to day but i always ensure:
As my weight increases so will my BMR, so I'm always upping my cals as needed to be in a 500 cal surplus based on my current BMR.
On rest days I decrease my carb intake by 100-200g and replace those cals with protein and fat.
