How important is skin quality in PSL / attraction?

How much of an influence can going from relatively poor skin quality to top tier skin quality have on you?

Obviously, if you have a weak soy face like then improving skin quality still won't boost you up that much

But if you have above average facial bones, how much can getting top tier 'glass skin' improve you?

I ask because when I see myself with Instagram filters, it seems like a legit 1.5PSL boost.

but I have rough skin with quite a lot of closed comedones (acne under skin)

in some light my skin is perfect, but in other more harsh light the imperfections really come out

currently on differin and will microneedle
