Been dickmaxxing for a month: 12 hours penis extender + bathmate 5min x3 every day

Havnt seen any results yet.

When i see studies it says 0.3 inch in 4 weeks? Lol Maybe im doing it wrong..

Well I have been using DHT since 18 years and I noticed 5.1 inches gain

Definitely doing it wrong, if you are able to have a penis extender for 12 hours straight you are not stretching enough. Even after 3-4 hours, the extender should start to hurt. Or maybe you are stretching your foreskin, that won't yield any results. You gotta feel the stretch at the base of your penis.

Yes it hurts but only at the skin where its attached. I dont feel anything any stretch ag the base.

My extender looks lkke this, maybe i should get a vacuum like phallosan or something?

Try manual stretching by holding your fingers in "ok" position and grabbing the dick under the glans (palm facing outwards). Make sure you pull back the foreskin if you have one. You'll feel the strechy feeling at your base, that's what you wanna aim for. IMO manual streching is much better than extender since more pressure in short period of time is better than low pressure for multiple hours.
I did look up the website and Phallosan forte looks much better, a lot of dickmaxers on r/aJelqForYou use similiar stuff.

I gained another quarter inch almost instantly* when I restarted eating at a surplus, with carbs. Not a measurement error, not fat pad reduction either (bonepressed, plus I was still measuring during the fasts).

Nope, quarter inch, after some back to back fasting, then eating at a surplus for these 3 weeks.
Half inch took about 3 months, I know it sounds crazy to take so long to gain the first half and then get 1/4 so quickly after, but my diet was shit the first time around, I was fat and cardio wasn't great either. I also don't expect to keep that rate, my guess is that since I was still "training" with angion during the fasts, my body was "primed" for a rebound.
I'm a big fasting/animal-fat advocate, but it's a tool and you need to use it for what it's for, you wouldn't use a knife to eat soup.
I found that carbs are essential to a healthy dick, to the point where I get a semi after eating my carby meal of the day (might be placebo? who cares, placebo works) - but you have to be smart about it, I only eat carbs in a tight window to keep my insulin sensitivity high.
 
Thing is when u stretch the tissue, are u creating more intern volume or just redistributing the existent one?

Angion method apparently doesn't increase permanent size, it does however improve erection quality which might give the illusion of slightly bigger size, but if you are after better EQ then do for it

I'm not very well read on the angion method, I just know that most PE guys discredit the practice as a size gainer. I think it differs from jelquing, but since I don't know a lot about it I couldn't tell you how. Jelquing is quite good as a girth exercise if you do it correctly, but won't really improve length and could be dangerous if done with improper form

Morning wood is hard af, also legit increased flaccid size (not quite 'shower' but much less of a 'grower' now), it's like the ultimate anti-turtling regiment, which in turn can affect gains from other exercises.
I'm experimenting with the SABRE method, the chub is long lasting and it feels heavy in a pleasant way.

I've noticed better eq and easier time to finish during sex even though gains so far are negligible.

It's not the same process. PE is all about putting stress on the penis over time causing it to grow while growth during puberty is due to hormones. Most people suposedly doesn't loose all their gains, only about half an inch or so if they stop completely, this is due to not exerting the same amount of stress on the penis anymore so it will recess somewhat. But the other gains are pretty permanent. It could be compared to loosing your muscle gains after you stop working out, although that analogy is flawed since PE is more similar to other stretching changes such as having those enourmous earrings which will stretch the ear overtime and create new tissue.

i've only used it once but it stretches it pretty good tbh. i need to rearange it sometimes because it gets looser though.

yeah you can but i don't recommend it because of boners and shit while sleeping. and it will probably get loose anyway.
