so this guy add almost 1 and a half inches of shoulder width in just 2 months my question id how many inches you can possibly add on your shoulder width? I have 19 inches bideltoid BTW and I'm skinny ectomorp.

I have started gymcelling tbh brah..And i di lateral raises, ohp ,upright rows,reverse pec deck,dumbell front raises,Behind the neck press,and one other one .
I am.mixing these excercises and also focusing on delts a lot also i train my shoulders and back 2 times a week and gymcel six times a week with 48 hiurs rest between hitting the sme.muscle twice.
Also i mix these shoulder excercises but mainly my focus is on side delts and twice a week i do lateral,incline dumbell lateral raises,wide grip upright rows.
So i am hoping i will get some juicy delts and lats tbh ngl

Your face is good brah but you can also improve by gymcelling tbh also you will not widen your bone structure but gaining muscle.mass will help ngl.
Hoping to hear from others gymcels in here for thier advice
