How much can i increase bideltoid with by gymcelling?

Im 5'7 and have an 18 inch bideltoid. I weigh 55'7kg ~15%bf, i have a completely sedentary lifestyle.
I also just turned 17 if that matters

I think 1.5 inches after 1-2 years of natty training (with avrg genetics) is reasonable
