Who's the strongest here? Not counting the known gymcels/ogres/freaks, only the more normal members.

On the big three I got:

Bench: around 135 lbs./ 1 plate for 1 solid rep.

Squat: around 100 lbs. for 5 reps.

Deadlift: roughly 225 lbs/2 plates for 1 rep max.

Additional:

Biceps Curl: 40-45 lbs. dumbbells per arm max, overhead press 80-90 lbs. strict OHP, wrist curls maybe 35 lb. dumbbell. I can calf raise w/100 + lbs. added

I'm about 190 lbs., 5'11", can do maybe 5 push ups and proper 1 chin up. Plan to roidmaxx and double most of these, plus well over 3x+ some others.

These are numbers from me heavily after I stopped gymcelling/fell off years back, this is basically my strength without much gymcelling or good health AKA my strength natty & low-tier.

As I said I want the NORMAL guys to post their shit here, not the ogre gymcel freaks who were way stronger to begin with & are anomalies in this regard or the roidcels with big advantages.

Good for a natty, but what about biceps/triceps? I can triceps extend/curl 15 lbs. for sets, but struggle to do 20s still. Big 3 lifts aren't everything.

I do hypertrophy now so I stay at 25 for triceps and 35 for biceps.

Useless for growth if u go higher

Tbh big 3 are shit
The only worth lift is the bench
U can find other better exercises for hypertrophy

Yea ofc 205 is not even steroid level

"steroid level" isn't objective tho, Zyzz took loads of gear & could not even hit 315 lbs. once on bench press as a gymcel.

You can find strong natties & weak roiders as well, but obviously roids are expected to help somewhat at least.

Squats are good but deadlifts are pretty much pointless.

I've stopped squatting and deadlifting

225 bench
315 deadlift and squat.
I quit focusing on strength training and I just do hiit and cardio now. When I do lift I don’t go over 1 plate so I can focus on hypertrophy and avoid another back injury.

5'10 150 lean, peak stats were:
3 plate squat
2 plate bench
never deadlifted

As i rarely squat and bench anymore as i do more calisthenics, my bench is probably 95kg/210lbs and squat 120kg/260lbs

idk when I 1 rep max bench it was my first 2 months in the gym at 16.

Anyways it was 225lbs get mogged.
I dont squat, squat for losers
I dont deadlift, deadlift for losers
Get mogged

Bench 200lb
Deadlift 310lb
Squat 225lb

Bench 242x6
Romanian Deadlift 265x10
ATG front squat 242x5
Strict press 160x5
Weighted pull up 45x5
Weighted dip 66x10

Lower body lifts suck cause I snapped my ankle training mma and I'm still rehabbing. I don't use belts or straps

Bench: 147
Deadlift: 315

Bicep curl is hard to put a standard on unless its strictcurl and I dont do squat

i dont lift, i do calisthenic, body weight 145,
handstand push up ~4+, standard pull up ~15+, pistol squat ~10+
