How much muscle will i lose in 2 weeks?

Cant go to the gym for 14 days. How much will i lose?

assuming you stay slightly active + proper protein intake you wont lose any muscle, just some strength. you will be back within a week

If you eat around maintenance, or even a slight surplus with adaquete protein, you wont lose anything.

Contractile tissue/actual muscle sticks around for a while. What you will lose is some glycogen/fullness which is just temporary water retention and swelling in muscles from lifting that comes back within a week

YOU WILL NOT LOSE TISSUE if you are eating in caloric surplus / maintenance. Yes, your muscles will atrophy but don't confuse with actual muscle loss. should be right back to where you were after another week of training.

two weeks doesn't make any difference you will lose some glycogen which will return in literal days after you start again.

For a male of normal genetic quality, no muscle loss in 2 weeks off.

From my experience (I’m super subhuman) I lost about 1 month of progress (in terms of weight lifted) in 2 weeks off, and I did NOT regain it quickly from muscle memory (I regained the strength at the same rate I usually make gains).
