If you live in a beach town or regularly go shirtless, it's a big boost. But walking around everyday, a lot of natural people look skinny in t shirts when they get super chizzled abs. 12% is the sweet spot for facial aesthetics and size appeal. Personally when my abs get to shredded my face makes me look like a meth head, and I only swim like 2 times a year.

That being said, when I had ripped abs, I got HELLA matches on tinder cause of it. So idk man it's not required and u can be sexy without, but it can add some points I'd say , but not worth it if you're super skinny cause big arms and chest are better than abs
