Like 70-75 kgs after 5 months. Benching your bodyweight takes time even for the most gifted people

are u sure bro? I feel like considering my weight is mainly muscle not fat I should be at least benching 1.25x my body weight.

Yes nigga. Even the powerlifters in my gym who bench like 405 lbs for reps and more than 2x their weight were only able to get there after a lot of time. People here are larping about being able to bench 100 kgs on the first day. The highest ive seen was like 75 kgs on thr first day of the gym and he was an elite powerlifter. That guy went on to thr win the bronze medal in common wealth games for weightlifting.

I mean no cockiness or smartassness to prove this wrong but I genuinely benched exactly 100kg first ever time benching. (I’d done other sports to a high level) which was my body weight (95kg+ 5). But yes I agree with u, it’s very unnatural my bench

Not to act like a smartass as u provide a great argument but I can probs do like 10:lul: I’m great at callisthenics
no you can't

that's such a ridiculous claim I now doubt your bench

At 100kg, 120-130 is a good benchmark.

anyone that says an exact weight is talking out of their dirty musty asshole and has never lifted a weight in their life.We would need to look at your training routine, starting point, body fat %, race (yes), time training, etc.

Basically no one can tell you for sure:Comfy: if they “do” they are full of shit :Comfy:

I benched my body weight after one month and then got it for reps after 3 months.
If you don't weight too much and played sports before maybe otherwise you are genetic anamoly. Most newbies don't even know proper form or know how to grip the bar properly.

ur 95kg 20%bf but wht height are u and how many reps did u do 100kg for? TBH I dont think most 16 year olds have the full grown man upper body strength yet. At 16 I only weighed 66kg and did about 70kg for 8 or so I think. Most 16 year olds arent doing 100kg. Are u one of those ppl that have a beard alrdy in high school? lol.

J actually hit it semi late but I just have super high test levels. I’m defo gna stay consistent and see how I look after a year or so then I’ll cut like u said. Is it really that rare to have a beard at 16/17?

Pretty rare yh wht ethnicity are u? Its more common in arabs. Keep an eye on ur hair aswell btw. DHT which is responsible for hair loss (on the head) also causes other secondary sec characteristics like facial hair growth. U might be fine and still not bald but just telling u to keep a heads up incase ur prone. Allot of time those with high amounts of facial/body hair are more hair loss prone.
