Yes but first 5 months there’s likely not much differentiation between strength and hypertrophy training, unless doing hyperspecific movements for sportsIt depends on your program. Some people train for strength and others train for hypertrophy.
Others can just start off lifting more when they begin idk it has to do with genetics.
It would be hard to give you a good estimate IMO.

I bench legit 3-4 times a week icl and defo for strength. I’m on smolov Jr program rn. I started off at exactly 2 plates first time ever benching BUT I have been very good at many sports like swimming boxing and football (soccer) so this could have helped with a good base strengthIt depends on your program. Some people train for strength and others train for hypertrophy.
