And nikyou bc heโ€™s actually lean instead of 30% bf like some of the others (their body fat is how I cope)
icl im like 20% body fat thatโ€™s probs the reason my bench is so โ€œgoodโ€ if I was lean I doubt Iโ€™d even be on 3 plates

The one rep max is such bs according to that it should be like 10kh less :lul:
Bruh Iโ€™m so autistic my pr is predictive higher than what I get, I can rep out some weights easy and get a pr 20kg predicted above current, probably cuz my leg drive is autistic on prs, I never use it

Doing callisthenics wonโ€™t make you look like those black men who are probably deep in you as your were typing that utter bullshit

I do callisthenics too. I can rep 1 arm push-ups on 2 dumbells stacked and can do 18 pull ups. Balance is key imo

I bench legit 3-4 times a week icl and defo for strength. Iโ€™m on smolov Jr program rn. I started off at exactly 2 plates first time ever benching BUT I have been very good at many sports like swimming boxing and football (soccer) so this could have helped with a good base strength
Somewhere between 23-24.5 Iโ€™ve put an inch or so on it recently as Iโ€™ve been spamming lat raises but already had wide clavicles
:ROFLMAO::lul::lul::lul::lul:

Prove it or youโ€™re larping

Should? According to what? Bench is a shitty contrived lift that means nothing. How many one-armed chins can you do?

Like 70-75 kgs after 5 months. Benching your bodyweight takes time even for the most gifted people

Yes nigga. Even the powerlifters in my gym who bench like 405 lbs for reps and more than 2x their weight were only able to get there after a lot of time. People here are larping about being able to bench 100 kgs on the first day. The highest ive seen was like 75 kgs on thr first day of the gym and he was an elite powerlifter. That guy went on to thr win the bronze medal in common wealth games for weightlifting.
