How not to lose puberty and build bones instead?

Being healthy and sleeping a FUCKING LOT. Also do sprints and eat a lot, a lot of animal produce. Dont think of leaning down and seeing your abs, stay at around 15-22% bodyfat. Its the only age when I think one should bulk.
