How relevant is facial asymmetry?

Almost everyone has asymmetric eyes and admittedly, it can look horrific on pics especially when you mirror your selfies to rate yourself. Nevertheless I'm actually pretty sure that unless it's an extreme, outstanding asymmetry, it's not noticable in interactions and real life and doesn't really affect your psl.
