and how'd you do it healthily? like low starch, unprocessed etc
 
Does it make a crazy difference from the usually dudebro route of calories and protein being the only thing you need to track?
idk, think the reason ppl say that is coz high GI bad. i agree, if your older. but if your younger, maybe high GI is better to spike insulin for heightmaxxers. notice how fat kids are usually taller, but stop puberty early coz aromatisation in fat. so if you had high functioning thyroid and exercised to not get fat, could grow tall

thoughts on this diet for hieghtmaxxing? get carbs from drinking sugar throughout the day. fruits like blueberries, oranges, then just have milk, cheese, protein from pan fryed steak, chicken breast in saturated fat, 2 brazil nut for selenium, cashews for copper for zinc copper ratio, maybe some veggies or multivitamin
