What the fuck am I supposed to do with my tongue? Where should I rest my teeth when I attempt the 'wave thing' with my tongue and food? I want to give proper swallowing a try but I have no idea if I do it corrects or how to do it correctly

Hi man when u heat just correct your posture and then u try to never use ur cheek just use ur jaw and tongue and when u smallow do a cjin stuck u can see mike mew videos about chewing or @AstroSky

i do it like this:

keep your teeth and lips shut

1) shovel all saliva with your tongue
2) take the tongue to the point where you would normally chokenif you try to breathe while maintaining it flat on the pallate
3) use your masseters and neck muscles to swallow. hard to explain, but once you do it youll understand
