How much is it genetics and how much is lifestyle?
The most important factor is probably preventing hairloss, all these celebrities who aged well have norwood 1 and 2 hairlines.

Differing opinions on this but I do think high doses of niacin and niacinamide do allow people to age more gracefully once they are in their 30s.Its probably from the NAD+ boost. Don't use that slow release niacin mess as it doesn't work the same and is bad on your liver. I take 500mg of niacin one day and 500mg of niacinamide the next day.

fat pad loss is why ppl look old even with good collagen and lifestyle. We need to figure out how to combat that without having to do botox/fillers/fat grafts or any hardmaxxing

Sunscreen, retin A, a healthy lifestyle, preventing hair loss, and surgery.
It’s a combination of both,
but with a good genetics, many of the main problems are alleviated, a person with hair genetics, will not need to worry about hair loss, blacks will not need to use so much sunscreen, and a person with good bone structure, will not need to worry about implants.

Pretty sure RDJ was addicted to coke and heroin for like 7 years :lul:
Fasting is good advice though.
