i actually only have mild horseface, but it's combined with a tall ass chin. it doesn't even have good projection, its just tall as shit I have a pretty narrow forehead too, it's not that tall but the narrowness makes it look taller than it is. horseface is one of the true facial death sentences, but how could it be improved/concealed? i''ve been meaning to get a haircut with fringe, it works best for hairlinecels but even if it doesn't mask midface/giant chin it still reduces perceived face length

I have a long midface and had a long chin. I went to a maxfac surgeon who shortened my chin (less height, more projection via genioplasty) and did zygo augmentation. A long face that is not flat is a lot better than a long flat face.
