I'm scared writing this cause I know there are ppl who'll gonna make fun of me but I don't have anyone to talk so yeah..., so I am currently studying MBBS in Russia I am really tired of getting bullied. I'm l-m mtn rn standing at 6'0 height with a skinny.. really skinny build. Here the local ppl just simply bullies me for being ugly ig they even broke my nose once. They say I am dumb incel guy making their country smell like curry and all. I don't have irl friends at all once I tried talking to a girl in my College she was intrested in me tho but she was one of that bullies crush. He warned me that if I talked to her again he'll k*ll me. I just don't know how to deal with this I currently ordered test-e I just wanna ascend to htn so I can avoid getting bullied by them. For maximum guy here ascending is just a cherry on top but for me it's really my need all I can do to avoid bullying is ascend I am currently 17 y/o and facing all this I'm just tired

russia is a shithole, workout a lot, go to a gym just save up somehow for atleast a 1 month membership, i wouldnt recommend bulking but if ur literally a skeleton try and bulk up with a healthy diet while going to the gym, ur 6 feet so if u gained a bit of mass u can easily overpower or atleast appear threatening cuz of ur height and looks overall, fixing face ofc helps shit tonna threads how to do ascend naturally, consistency is key dont give up
