Is there anything else I should know to debloat my face besides saunas, cardio, the low-sodium diet or keto, water fasting, and using an ice pack? I don't think I'm going to put too much emphasis on the keto diet, since I'm going to start the bulking stage and I would only leave sodium.

You should put emphasis on it if you want to debloat friend

I did keto a month back just to see if it'd work, a few days into it and my face looked WAY leaner it was fucking crazy, I was low ass bodyfat as well, keto can change your face

Green tea every morning helped debloat me

So even at low bodyfat keto made a difference to your face? Or was it maybe the weight loss?

Lower carbohydrate levels will do this to your face.

People who are susceptible to carb face bloat will store water in their face regardless of their bodyfat %.

The difference between my face on low carb (sub 100g) and 200g carbs a day (still lowish compared to average) is the equivalent of around 3-4% bodyfat loss. However, carb bloat is even worse than fat because it also gives me baggy eyes.

If anyone reading this has baggy eyes that they cannot get rid of the answer may be low carb.

But since I'm going to train so much I wouldn't need the carbs to have more energy?
If you can sufficiently burn them, you can consume more carbs

Unironically coffee...even tho its not permament result coffee is a good diuretic (cuz everyone here is a big ass pussy and wouldnt takr a real pharma diuretics thaht bodybuilders were dying fr)

Basically it dehydrates ur body making u look more lean:smonk:
