How to fraud pushups?

For reference I do sbl (science based lifting) fbeod but I’ve picked back up mma on rest days. Only problem is they have us do like 8 sets of 10 pushups (easy asf but given it’s a rest day my chest feels like crap the next day). I really put a priority on lifting and basically need to know how to make it look like I’m doing pushups without getting fatigued for my next full body day.
 
Tell your coach that YOU PAY MONEY TO that you alredy had your strength exercising the day before so you are not gonna do push ups.
Also it's better to have MMA and lifting on the same day if that's an option for u

Tell your coach you ain’t doing it, and lift on days you have MMA if possible (before hand or with a gap/meal in between is ideal). Or just sand bag the strength work in MMA. I get it though, I am a collage boxer and we have shitty strength circuits at the end of some of our practices too.
