you could start weighting your meals to see the actual calories and from there see how many calories it is, and then up it.

yes we are I only eat cereal and junkfood for 90% and its working. Obv if you eat junkfood with many calories you cannot eat that much of it but for losing and gaining weight only thing matters are calories surplus or calorie deficit. Idk which retard you learnt from otherwiseare we serious
