I eat like 3 meal a day and workout to build muscle but for some reason i stayed the same weight it’s been 2 years I’m skinny as shit :feelswah:

use mk ig if you have tried everything and just eat carbs before working out like a shit ton of em for example sweet potato ( half a kilo is duable on mk)

Reset your gut maybe also

because your 3 meals are most likely under your maintenance bhai, trust me on this you still want to track it at least at the start so u get to know the foods that u eat daily, what calories they have, and then to know how much u should really be eating

because bro like Mxrii0 said its not the meals that matter its the calories within the meals, the 3-4 meals u eat u say are 2k they could be 1.8k for all we know, and 2k still is very low aim for idk 2500 depending on weight height

and its not about the meals its about the cals i can eat 3 salads a day and still loose weight
I eat like 2 fish and eggs 2 and also chicken and 4 bowls of rice 3 times

you said youve done this for 2 years wdym eat more 7k of cals is about 1kg of fat dont eat in a big calorie surplus maybe eat 500-700 depends on how skinny you really are eat enough protein 2g per kilo of your body or just take copius amounts or gear

I did like 3 meal a day sometimes 4
then eat 4 meals if your not gaining weight eat 5 if your not gaining eat 6 and so on do that everday not 1 day 2 meals because who knows why and track you calories its not that hard takes 5 minutes because you just overestimate how much you eat and understimate how much you have to eat

track your calorie intake and set a certain amount depending on your weight height etc and goals

thats what Im saying, you can gain weight with anything tho and without making changes he just has to eat more and keep increasing his meals or calories per meal

only thing that matters for gaining weight is a moderate calorie surplus. you can have a sixpack 90kg lean by only eating chocolate. as long as he works out hes fine

yes we are I only eat cereal and junkfood for 90% and its working. Obv if you eat junkfood with many calories you cannot eat that much of it but for losing and gaining weight only thing matters are calories surplus or calorie deficit. Idk which retard you learnt from otherwise

Download myfitnesspal claim the free trial and put in that you want to gain weight. It will give u an amount of calories to hit as well as macros, if u hit everything you WILL gain weight.
