What foods contains giga amount of protien
 
Meat and dairy obviously
 
cottage cheese can give you a pretty easy 100g extra protein per day, i would fill the rest of the protein with meat or eggs or both
 
400g protein yogurt with 50g oats, and a few almonds and walnuts. it all contains a lot of protein. i eat this bowl 2x a day. That means you eat your 3 regular meals, eat this bowl in the morning and in the evening after training, with that you shouldn't have any problems gaining weight

Just eat curd, any kind of low fat cheese, eggs, chicken, fresh salmon, protein bread etc.
also y don't u want to drink protein shakes? It's the highest form of protein u can digest
