common and people don’t think twice about it.
Insoles
Don’t over-complicate this step. Don’t get more than 1 inch soles otherwise you’ll have a weird walk,
mess up ur spine and look like a total retard. Just get some good quality 1 inch soles from Amazon.
How to hide
This is one of the most important steps. Getting caught frauding with insoles is obviously one of the
worst things that could happen to you so preventing this is crucial.
The easiest way to hide them is simply putting the original sole of the shoe you’re wearing above.
If you got insoles from your doctor you can also just use them tho this could may not work with every shoe.
What height to claim
Here you can kinda play around a bit. If the girl is a lot shorter than you, you can typically add a bit more.
In general, if you’re wearing e.g. Timberlands with 1 inch soles you’ll be around 6cm (2,4 inches) taller.
Considering everybody is wearing shoes (around 2cm so it would only add 4cm) you can at least claim 2 inches Taller.
Most guys claim 1 inch taller without frauding anyway so you could maybe get away with claiming 3 inches more.
