It’s all person dependent, but I’m pretty sure it’s like 1.6-2g of protein per kg of bw, but since you’re cutting I recommend the higher end since protein keeps you satiated for longer and helps preserve muscle.

For caloric intake it really depends on how aggressive you want the cut to be and what you’re taking if anything at all. A good rule of thumb is 200-300 calories below maintenance with some LISS cardio. If you’re taking reta or something else it’ll make it so much easier.
