how to lose weight ASAP (1-2 months)

yo chat ik this is super unrealistic but im 5'7 190lb (severely overweight) and i got prom coming up in about 1 month and a half, so i need to lose weight asap, obviously reta is meta but i dont have acces to purchasing peptides atm, i go to the gym and lift heavy 5x a week, i do cardio on both my rest days but i need genuine advice to actually lose weight asap, are there any supplements that could help me? is there any routine i should follow? let me know asap i need to lose like 20lb by may 20th and like 30lb by june 27 so pls let me know.

any particular way i can? i have a habit of binge eating like usually i can starvemax till like 7pm but its like impossible to go past that
if youre serious, every time you feel the urge to eat chug a high caffeine drink and ingest nicotene in some form, should curb the hunger. Willpower is needed but you can also chew 0 calorie gum, diet drinks etc
 
honestly could starvemax and spam cardio if you wanna lose loads

my body used to be able to tank nictotine but now it cant handle it, also im a full time student so caffeine might cook my sleep sched but ill still take that into account, any other methods that can just help me not binge?

distract yourself, fill your stomach with 0 calorie soda, water, chew gum, stop buying foods you can binge on

CARNIVORE DIET. People shit on it, but if you want to shred fat fast, do it; it's as simple as looking up transformations on TikTok.
 
Low vitamin A to permanently get rid of fat. Permanent fat loss takes a lot longer.

I have heard this from a fitness coach online but once I revisited my statement when u quoted it, I have done some research and there is not much data supporting this theory, so I belive OMAD is just as effective

Cardio everyday (swimming is the best cuz weight loss+good muscle) coke zero, black coffee, watermelon, rice crackers, snus and red meat+tuna

yo i went from 210 (strongman build) to 172.3 this morning. imma pm you everthing you need to know
 
go crazy on reta, you’ll feel like absolute shit but there’s no possible way to binge eat and you loose a lot of weight
 
eat in a 1000 kcal deficit minium, 1.7x bw of protein and .5x your bw of fats, rest as carbs. FYI i lost 22 pounds in the span of 4 weeks.

dietcel doesn't know how insulin works bruh. For gods sake just stop eating sweet stuff. Anything sweet triggers insulin release but if there's no sugar then you just get insulin resistant and u gain more fucking fat. Terrible advice

Spiked insulin slows metabolism and uptake of sugars, which is good if you're actually eating sugar so you don't have a giant sugar high. But if you're just drinking aspartame that you're gonna piss out, your body spikes insulin which slows down your metabolism and literally reduces your maintenance calories.

In a ton of rodent studies aspartame also has an extremely high correlation with destruction of GLP-1 receptors (which is what stuff like ozempic tries to fix), basically making it so you can't feel full after eating and causing extreme cravings (Harvard study for u). Hope this helps bro
