i need to lose weight cause i cannot take this no more of being fat
i tried different diets, cardio and skincare routine but nothing works
please i need help

once you've leaned down to <12%bodyfat take furosemide to debloat

im way too in to this this site fucked up my life im too deep down i cant get out if i where to tell me from 2years ago wont come here


look at this vid then pick if u want to go deep in to the blackpill its better for ppl to cope and take the redpill it will make u look better + better appeal

walk every day 20k steps
