how to maintain muscles while fasting?

how, my abs get super defined with 2 days fast and i get 8 pack abs but i look skinny af too what to do

You can't maintain muscle not eating anything. You won't lose a ton though, just get in protein in the days you don't fast

Eat enough proteins on meals and decrease 20-30% of the weights you lift
