I need real advice not that it is all genetics or I need to reincarnate my Nepalese background if that helps I know Nepal does not have the best genetics and is a notoriously short country but I'm 5"11 at 14 so I think I have a chance.

I take 1 fish oil and 1 vitamin d 100iu before breakfast and before bed is that good enough?
 
so one magnesium glycinate pill right before sleep does the job? And also I take 2000 IU of vitamin d3 I’m only 14 so I think it should be enough?
